1. Digital Products Nature
Please note that all our products are digital in nature (online courses, ebooks, downloadable resources). Due to the instant-access nature of digital products, our refund policy differs from physical products.
2. Refund Eligibility
You may be eligible for a refund under the following circumstances:
- Technical Issues: If you are unable to access the course due to technical problems on our end that cannot be resolved within 48 hours.
- Duplicate Purchase: If you accidentally purchased the same course twice, we will refund the duplicate purchase.
- Course Not as Described: If the course content significantly differs from what was advertised on the course page.
3. Refund Request Period
- Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the purchase date.
- Requests made after 7 days will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
- You must not have completed more than 25% of the course content to be eligible for a refund.
4. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will NOT be provided in the following cases:
- Change of mind after purchase
- Failure to complete the course
- Lack of time to complete the course
- Not meeting the course prerequisites
- Dissatisfaction with content that matches the course description
- If more than 25% of the course has been accessed
- If the ebook or downloadable resources have been downloaded
5. How to Request a Refund

- Include your full name and email address used for purchase
- Provide the order ID or transaction reference number
- State the reason for the refund request
- Attach any relevant screenshots if applicable
6. Refund Processing
- We will review your refund request within 3-5 business days.
- You will receive an email notification about the status of your request.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days.
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during purchase.
- Bank processing times may vary; please allow additional time for the amount to reflect in your account.
7. Partial Refunds
In some cases, partial refunds may be granted:
- If you have completed between 10-25% of the course, a 50% refund may be considered.
- Partial refunds are granted at our sole discretion.
8. Order Cancellation
Since our products are digital and delivered instantly:
- Orders cannot be cancelled once payment is processed.
- Access to course materials is provided immediately upon successful payment.

9. Chargebacks
If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank without first contacting us for a resolution:
- Your access to all purchased courses will be revoked.
- Your account may be permanently suspended.
